Residential (Fire Rebuilds)
Rebuilding Together,
One Home at a Time
In the aftermath of the January 2025 fires, Morphosis is committed to standing with Californians as they navigate the overwhelming task of rebuilding their homes and their lives. We understand that losing a home is both a physical and emotional loss, and we bring decades of experience to provide support, clarity, and confidence at every step. Our focus is on creating homes that restore comfort, dignity, and stability—spaces that offer hope for the future.
Based in Culver City, we feel deeply connected to L.A.’s recovery. Whether designing a new custom home or choosing the ready-to-build Case Study 2.0 design by Morphosis, we are here to help families rebuild with resilience, care, and a renewed sense of home.
Case Study 2.0 House
RESIDENTIAL
Morphosis is one of 40 architectural firms contributing to Case Study 2.0, a collective design initiative responding to the need for resilient housing in wildfire-prone areas of Los Angeles. Our contribution offers a fire-conscious, economically viable prototype designed for communities rebuilding after disaster. Developed for 40- and 50-foot-wide lots in Pacific Palisades, the design reduces costs through standardized components and an efficient planning strategy.
